Today, we’re operating at a ₹120 Cr ARR and scaling fast.As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we’re reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like — inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.Website: About the role:We’re looking for a passionate talent to lead new store fitouts & rollouts that would enable Aramya’s offline retail expansion. We would expand to about 20K+ sq ft by end of FY 25-26 and to about 1 Lakh+ sq ft by end of FY 26-27.Currently, Aramya has 3 operating stores and 2 new stores (in making), which would account for 9000 sq ft. The role involves end-to-end project ownership—from store design and complete fit out to post-launch maintenance. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Aramya’s aesthetic and functional expectations.Stores:- Aramya Jayanagar - Aramya Vijayanagar - Aramya Kammanahalli - Aramya JP nagarKey Responsibilities:Store Setup & Execution- Drive project execution of new stores, including layout, interiors, fixtures, branding, and utilities. - Select and manage external vendors, contractors, and design partners. - Ensure on-time, cost-effective store openings while maintaining brand standards. - Implement structural modifications and upgrades for existing stores as needed.Budgeting & Vendor Management- Create and manage CAPEX budgets and project P&Ls for each store. - Identify cost-saving levers without compromising customer experience or design integrity. - Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, brokers, and execution partners.Maintenance & Ongoing Improvements- Monitor store infrastructure across South India and drive timely upkeep and repairs. - Support expansion process optimizations based on business needs and market response.Qualifications & Skills:- 7-10 years of experience in retail projects/expansion in — fashion, lifestyle brands in India. - Sound knowledge of store layout, interior execution, and retail brand aesthetics. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on experience in cost control, budgeting, and project tracking. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. - Willingness to travel extensively as per the business needs.-
