Job Title

The SAP S/4HANA CO Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting the Controlling (CO) and COPA module within SAP S/4HANA. The role requires 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP CO, with strong exposure to Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Actual Costing/Material Ledger, and integration with FI, MM, PP and SD modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions, ensuring smooth financial and controlling processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Implementation & Configuration - Configure and support SAP S/4HANA CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA. - Implement Account-Based COPA and Material Ledger Actual Costing. - Explain Variance analysis for production and purchasing group. - Set up allocation cycles, assessments, and distributions. - Business Process Analysis - Work with business teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements. - Integration - Ensure seamless integration of CO with FI, MM, PP, and SD modules. - Support variance analysis and reporting requirements. - Testing & Support - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT. - Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues. - Documentation & Training - Prepare BBP (Business Blueprint) documents, configuration guides, and end-user training materials. - Train business users on CO functionalities and reporting.Required Skills & Experience- 6–8 years of SAP CO experience, with at least 3–4 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects. - Strong knowledge of Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Split Valuation). - Experience in Account-Based COPA and Margin Analysis. - Hands-on expertise in Material Ledger, Variance Analysis, and Settlement processes. - Understanding of FI integration points (GL, AR/AP, Asset Accounting). - Exposure to manufacturing and process industries preferred. - Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP developers for enhancements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If anyone interested please contact us at +91 4035034878
