Experience : 2–3 yearsLocation : Preferred candidates based in MumbaiRoles and Responsibilities -⦁ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries related to warehousing, inventory, and logistics services.⦁ Respond promptly to customer requests, resolving issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.⦁ Process and manage customer orders in the system, coordinating with the warehouse operations team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.⦁ Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or exceptions.⦁ Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documentation such as invoices, cycle count reports, and inventory records, ensuring accuracy for system entry.⦁ Coordinate billing with customers as per agreed timelines, resolving discrepancies in invoices and escalating issues when necessary.⦁ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer portfolio to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.⦁ Visit warehouses as required to support operations and maintain firsthand understanding of processes.Key Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and effective coordination with operations teams.Interested candidates to share cv on hr@ with subject line "Applying for the Role of Customer Service Senior Executive"Visit us on:
