About The Role: We are looking for a high-velocity AE who deeply understands the Indian startup ecosystem and can translate cloud, data, and AI services into compelling business value for fast-growing founders and tech leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast cycles, can own the full funnel, and can convert high-intent leads into predictable revenue.Key Responsibilities: 1. Own the Startup Sales Motion End-to-End ● Qualify, engage, and close leads from demand gen, inbound, outbound, and AWS-routed opportunities. ● Sell to founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product teams.2. Drive Consultative Solution Selling ● Position cloud modernization, managed services, data engineering, and GenAI offerings with clarity and ROI focus. ● Work closely with presales/solution architects for deep technical scoping.3. Build Strong Startup Market Presence ● Maintain relationships with founders, accelerator programs, VCs, and tech communities. ● Represent Comprinno in startup-focused forums and events.4. Manage the Full Sales Cycle ● Discovery → Solutioning → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure. ● Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.5. Collaboration ● Work tightly with marketing, GTM, and presales to refine messaging and improve lead quality.Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology; MBA preferred. ● 4–7 years of experience selling IT services, cloud engineering, or data/AI solutions. ● Strong understanding of early-stage and Series A–D startup landscapes. ● Proven ability to sell to founders/CTOs with fast sales velocity. ● Excellent consultative selling, presentations, and negotiation skills. ● Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem (certification preferred). ● High ownership mindset; comfortable in high-growth, output-driven environments.Expected Outputs ● Quarterly revenue targets consistently achieved. ● Short sales cycles with high win rates for the startup segment. ● Improved conversion from marketing-generated leads. ● Deep, repeatable playbooks for startup selling. ● Accurate forecasting & CRM hygiene.
