The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner closely with leadership and employees to implement HR solutions that support business growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Alignment: - Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support the company’s goals in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. - Employee Engagement & Culture: - Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work culture that fosters innovation and collaboration. - Talent Acquisition & Retention: - Collaborate with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent in the EV and tech sectors. Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and ensure high employee satisfaction. - Performance Management: - Lead the performance review process, providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and career development. - Learning & Development: - Identify training and development needs within the organization and implement programs to upskill employees in line with emerging trends in EV and clean tech industries. - Employee Relations & Compliance: - Address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Act as a trusted advisor to resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment. - HR Data & Analytics: - Use HR metrics and data analytics to drive informed decisions on talent management, productivity, and workforce planning. Present insights and recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:- Experience: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in a startup, tech, or EV industry. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
