Job Title:Program Manager – GROW PwD Self-Employment Program Department:GROW PwD Self-Employment Program Location:Hyderabad (with extensive travel across Telangana)Position Overview The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation of theSelf-Employment and Enterprise Development Program for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)across Telangana. The role requires strong operational leadership, field team management, credit facilitation expertise, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program oversight. The incumbent will ensure high-quality delivery, compliance with program standards, and achievement of enterprise, credit, and livelihood outcomes at scale.Key Responsibilities A. Program Leadership & Implementation Lead statewide implementation of the PwD self-employment program. Develop district and territory-level action plans and ensure timely execution. Oversee beneficiary mobilization, enterprise selection, business planning, training delivery, and ongoing enterprise support. Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure territories meet operational and outcome targets. B. Credit Facilitation & External Partnerships Lead partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and MFIs to facilitate credit linkages for PwD entrepreneurs. Support field teams with loan eligibility assessment, documentation, disbursement, and repayment follow-up. C. Team Management Manage and mentor a team of Territory Managers, Business Development Managers, and Cluster Coordinators. Build capabilities of field staff in enterprise support, financial literacy, documentation, and program compliance. Conduct regular field visits (10–12 days/month) for monitoring and mentoring. D. Stakeholder & Government Engagement Coordinate with district administration, PwD welfare departments, SHGs, industry associations, CSR partners, and other ecosystem actors. Represent the program in government meetings, CSR reviews, and partner interactions. E. Operations, MIS & Compliance Ensure high-quality data entry, reporting, and documentation. Review MIS dashboards, track KPIs, and address operational gaps. Ensure adherence to SOPs across mobilization, verification, disability documentation, loan processes, and enterprise setup. F. Risk Management & Quality Assurance Identify operational risks, credit risks, and process deviations. Conduct quality audits and strengthen grievance redressal mechanisms.Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or related fields. 7–12 years of experience in NBFC/MFI operations, livelihoods, microenterprise programs, fintech, or large-scale field operations. Minimum 3–5 years managing multi-district field teams. Experience in credit facilitation, entrepreneurship development, or working with vulnerable communities preferred.Functional Competencies Strong operational and program management skills across multiple districts. Knowledge of MSME loans, underwriting, credit assessment, and borrower profiling. Understanding of micro-enterprises, rural livelihoods, value chains, and small business operations. Excellent team leadership, coaching, and conflict management. Proficiency in Excel, MIS dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
