Roles and responsibilities:Coordinate the execution of complex internally developed core and customer Hardware application projects in the AUTOSAR context and compliant to ASPICE processes (MAN.3, ACQ.4, SWE.x).Act as Single Point of Contact for the internal and external stakeholders for Hardware development projects.Act as key interface to the globally working Software team, the local customer project team and other domains such as System, Hardware and Testing.Develop and manage Hardware project timelines, and ensure them being executed according to agreed milestones and content, within budget and adhering to quality goalsCreate tasks for team members to execute project work products and be accountable for their delivery, in collaboration with the local team leadsManage and supply to multi-domain sub-streams such as cyber security and functional safety from Software perspective.Identify technical, timing, and cost risks for Hardware development projects. Develop risk mitigation plans and roll out the action plan to the team.Identify and produce project metrics, concisely demonstrating progress.Support collecting, implementing, and tracking product cost reduction opportunities during development and after production.Work directly with System, Testing and other domains for coordinating and executing internal software prototypes.Coordinate customer releases, ensuring engineering work products meet the appropriate completeness and quality according to the release level.Actively communicate with Hardware team leaders regarding resource assignments to projects, and support prioritization resolution.Escalate project resource issues within the Hardware department.Encourage a project culture that values IP generation and drives team toward quality delivery.Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase project execution efficiency.
