This is an entrepreneurial, high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining our sales strategy, optimizing operational efficiency, and holding accountability for the overall revenue P&L.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Strategy & P&L Management Own and manage theend-to-end Revenue P&L , driving top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency. Develop and execute the annual and quarterlyGo-to-Market (GTM) strategy , identifying new customer segments, pricing models, and expansion opportunities (including the new vertical). Design and optimizesales incentive plans, territory mapping, and quota settingto maximize team performance and alignment with business goals.2. Operations & Process Excellence Establish and streamlineSales Operationsprocesses, including lead management, CRM utilization, forecasting, and reporting accuracy. Work closely with theFounders' Officeto translate high-level strategy into executable, efficient operational plans for the sales and ground teams. Drive continuous improvement inoperational metrics(e.g., CAC, LTV, Sales Cycle Duration) to support rapid, sustainable scaling.3. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and sales operations team, instilling anentrepreneurial mindset . Act as the primary interface between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives. Implement robust data governance and analytical frameworks to provideactionable insightsfor executive decision-making.Required QualificationsEducational Background:MBA or equivalent from apremier institution (IIM/Tier 1)is strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or an equivalent high-impactFounders' Office role . Proven entrepreneurial background(e.g., founded a venture, scaled a business vertical from scratch) is highly valued. Direct experience managing a revenue P&L(or a significant portion thereof) and consistently hitting ambitious targets. Skills:Exceptional analytical abilities, high proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and mastery of financial modeling.
