The role involves interpreting regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.Key Responsibilities- Analyze regulatory requirements (Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity, Capital Adequacy) and translate them into functional specifications. - Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for regulatory submissions. - Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. - Conduct impact analysis for regulatory changes and implement necessary updates in AxiomSL. - Monitor and reconcile data flows between source systems and AxiomSL platform. - Prepare documentation for processes, controls, and audit requirements. - Support UAT, SIT, and production deployment of regulatory reports. - Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong experience with AxiomSL Controller View platform (data modeling, workflows). - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks: Basel III, CRR, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), NSFR, Capital Adequacy. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for large datasets. - Understanding of banking products (loans, deposits, derivatives) and their regulatory treatment. - Familiarity with data governance, risk management, and compliance processes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
