The OpportunityWe are seeking a Director/Principal - Platform Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our DevOps platform capabilities. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our CI/CD infrastructure, developer experience, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic product thinking and cross-functional leadership.What You’ll Contribute- Define and evolve the product vision for DevOps platform capabilities including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, observability, and developer tooling. - Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals and engineering needs. - Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams to develop requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery. - Drive initiatives that improve platform availability, performance, and defect reduction across the software delivery lifecycle. - Champion efforts to increase deployment velocity and operational efficiency. - Define and track success metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time for changes, and change failure rate. - Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, acting as a strategic thought partner across engineering and product domains.What We’re Seeking- 15+ years of industry experience in product management, platform engineering, or DevOps. - Proven track record of managing large-scale platform products or infrastructure services. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Spinnaker). - Experience with developer experience platforms or internal developer portals. - Experience with SRE principles and DevOps metrics. - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi). - Experience working in agile environments and driving iterative product development. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. - Experience in financial services or other regulated industries highly desired. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
