Role Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Facilities Leader with strong technical expertise in HVAC, Telecom, and Fire & Gas systems, combined with proven leadership and management capabilities. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary engineering activities, ensure compliance with project standards, and drive operational excellence across all facilities-related functions.About the RoleA short paragraph summarizing the key role responsibilities.Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Oversee coordination and supervision of engineering activities across the Fire & Gas (F&G), HVAC, and Telecom disciplines. - Project Communication: Act as the primary liaison for project communications with internal teams, clients, and other departments, delegating tasks to Discipline Principal Engineers as needed. - Documentation & Compliance: Manage project documentation to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Budget & Planning: Control discipline budgets and planning, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. - Progress Monitoring: Supervise project progress, update status reports, manage NVATs and NDCs, and ensure timely issuance of documentation. - Audits & Close-Out: Conduct audits, enforce project close-out procedures, and maintain alignment with the Head of Department on critical issues. - Team Management: Foster team cohesion, resolve barriers to project objectives, and maintain continuous updates on project metrics and tool usage.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or Master’s Degree in Engineering (MEng).Required Skills- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Telecom, and Fire & Gas systems. - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and documentation control. - Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.Preferred Skills- 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and facilities management.Location: Chennai, IndiaEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
