Built on precision, systems thinking, and execution excellence, we collaborate with global partners to bring world-class design, engineering, and production standards into India’s evolving interior fit-out landscape.Role OverviewThe Director of Design & Production will define and lead Arari’s technical design strategy, production excellence, and woodworking ecosystem. This leadership role blends creative technical intelligence with operational mastery, driving best-in-class drawing standards, CNC/CAD-CAM workflows, production systems, and installation quality to global benchmarks.Key Responsibilities Lead the technical and creative direction for architectural woodworking, ensuring international quality and craftsmanship. Oversee end-to-end production — from detailed drawings and engineering to fabrication, finishing, logistics, installation, and final sign-off. Drive excellence across all product categories, including paneling, doors & windows (internal/external), built-in furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, desks, and specialty millwork. Build scalable systems, SOPs, and quality control frameworks aligned with European and global woodworking standards. Collaborate with European technology and knowledge partners to integrate advanced CAD-CAM workflows, automation readiness, and digital production methodologies. Lead multidisciplinary teams — design, drafting, engineering, production, CNC, and installation — ensuring accountability, productivity, and continuous skill development. Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term capability building, technology adoption, and market positioningCandidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (Master’s preferred). 12–15+ years of experience in high-end architectural woodworking, millwork, or modular furniture manufacturing with international exposure. Proven expertise in CAD-CAM workflows, CNC programming, AutoCAD, Revit, materials engineering, and fabrication methods. Demonstrated success in building systems-based, scalable production environments. Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities. Ability to balance creative intention with operational discipline, value engineering, and cost efficiency.
