Job Description :UK Shift Timing :12:00 PM to 10:00 PM In Daylight saving 01:00 PM to 11:00 PMJob Description: Key Responsibilities • Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and analyse monthly management reports for clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting. • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and current financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management, following Australian standards.. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with client teams to align financial targets with business strategy. • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, forecast liquidity requirements, and support working capital management for Australian entities. • Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, identify financial trends and risks, and provide actionable insights for improved financial performance. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards , taxation laws, and regulatory reporting obligations. • Collaboration: Liaise with Australian clients, finance teams, and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and deliver financial clarity. • VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations, ensuring timely filing and adherence to VAT laws. • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for operations, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management accounting • Sound understanding of GAAP, GST/BAS requirements, and ATO compliance. • · Strong knowledge of GAAP, VAT regulations, and HMRC guidelines • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks, with strong Excel skills. • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. • Prior experience working with Australian clients or in a global service delivery environment is advantageous.
