Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Lead to spearhead the HR Ops function at Affle3i. As a core architect of our people's agenda, you will be responsible to drive operationalexcellence across the employee lifecycle. The person will lead HR processes, payroll,compliance and HRMS transition, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and strong governance. Theindividual will manage a small team, reinforce accountability and enable process andtechnology transformation to support Affle’s growth. This is a high-impact leadership role forsomeone who can blend long-term vision with hands-on execution and bring processefficiency.Key Responsibilities● Maintain comprehensive payroll records, Incentives pay-out with complete documentation. Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll with organisational operations.● Ensure end-to-end compliance and governance, including audit readiness, documentation completeness, statutory compliance, POSH trainings and timely implementation of audit recommendations.● Build and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover and process efficiency and present annual HR performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations to leadership.● Design and run engagement initiatives, recognition programs and milestone celebrations, while supporting internal communication that reinforces a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.● Manage HR budgets and vendor relationships (payroll, HRIS, benefits, engagement partners) with clear performance metrics, SLAs, and cost-efficiency targets.● Demonstrate solid understanding of labour laws and audit governance, proven experience in leading small teams, strong stakeholder management and high proficiency in Excel and HR analytics/reporting tools.● Drive HRMS transition, managing vendor coordination, system design, UAT and go-live.● Ensure data integrity, integration with business tools and analytics-driven decision-making.● Act as a global SME for data management, ensuring best practices in data governance, quality across international operationsRequirements● Bring 10–12 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, benefits and statutory compliance, along with strong HRIS/HRMS implementation and process automation exposure.● Solid understanding of labour laws and audit governance.● Team leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills.● Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics, and reporting tools.Why Join Us?Affle 3i Limited is a global technology company enabling AI-led solutions in mobile advertising.
