Education & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution - Full time Post Graduation in Management with specialization in Rural/ Forest/ Agriculture/ Natural Resource ManagementExperience Requirements- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in government program monitoring and implementation within the development sector: - Overall Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the implementation and monitoring of projects in the agriculture or rural development sector. - Government Focus: A minimum of 3 years of experience working in government program/ project environments. - Sector Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the government structure, schemes, programs, and regulatory frameworks.Scope of Work- The Expert will be crucial in ensuring effective scheme execution, financial oversight, and performance tracking: - Implementation & KPI Monitoring: Collaborate closely with nodal officers to ensure the timely implementation and monitoring of each scheme component and adherence to agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Policy Adherence & Financial Follow-up: Assist in ensuring strict adherence to policy guidelines during implementation and conduct post-sanction follow-up for expenditures to maintain compliance. - Financial & Progress Oversight: Facilitate and oversee the day-to-day monitoring of expenditure and progress against each component, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping. - Impact Analysis & Evaluation Support: - Support the conducting of impact analysis with respect to established KPIs. - Facilitate third-party evaluations of the program. - Program Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements and corrective measures in Program Implementation based on monitoring data and analysis.
