Job Title: Manual Test Engineer (SAP Modules Preferred)Experience: Relevant experience in manual testing; SAP module testing experience is a plus.Key Responsibilities• Test Strategy & Planning: o Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for manual testing aligned with project goals and timelines.o Define scope, schedule, and deliverables for all testing activities.• Test Design & Execution:o Design, create, and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and test data based on functional and non-functional requirements.o Execute manual test cases to validate system functionality and performance.• Test Reporting:o Prepare and present test status reports, including execution progress, defect metrics, and quality trends.o Communicate outcomes effectively to stakeholders and management.• Collaboration:o Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure testing aligns with development cycles.• Regression Testing:o Lead and perform thorough regression testing during updates to ensure new features or fixes do not impact existing functionality.• Risk Assessment:o Identify potential testing risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain quality and timely delivery. Required Skills & Experience• Strong experience in manual testing; exposure to SAP modules for test execution is highly preferred.• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Testing Lifecycle.• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
