We are a fast-scaling home furnishings brand group – Ridhi Block Print, known for premium handcrafted textiles and a strong presence across Amazon USA.As we expand our Amazon performance and data intelligence team, we are seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-driven Amazon PPC & Growth Manager who can manage large-scale ad budgets and leverage advanced data tools to drive sustained, profitable growth.Role Overview:The Amazon PPC & Growth Manager will own end-to-end advertising operations, ranking strategies, keyword domination, competitor analysis, and PPC-driven growth planning on Amazon USA.This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on expertise in Amazon ads, bidding systems, keyword strategy, creative testing, and analytics tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, and Scale Insights.Key Responsibilities:️ Amazon Advertising & PPC Optimization- Create, manage, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns for Amazon USA. - Plan and execute complete launch, ranking, and scaling frameworks for new and existing SKUs. - Continuously optimize ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and overall ad profitability. - Implement advanced keyword segmentation, match-type strategy, and negative keyword architecture. - Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, product images, and placements. - Optimize product pages and creatives based on PPC data to improve ad relevance and conversion rate.Advanced PPC Strategy & Data Analysis- Use ad data, search term reports, and keyword trend analysis to drive actionable insights. - Build dashboards for ASIN-level and campaign-level performance, profitability, and keyword movement. - Analyze organic + PPC contribution to track keyword ranking and overall brand visibility. - Track competitor ads, placements, pricing trends, and keyword shift patterns using data tools. - Use Scale Insights automation rules for bid optimization, budget control, and pausing unprofitable ads.Product Bundling Insights- Identify bundle, variation, and complementary product opportunities using market basket & PPC data. - Test combos, style bundles, and gift sets through PPC experiments to improve AOV and conversions. - Coordinate with designers/listing team to create high-performing creatives for bundles & variations.Tools & Platforms:- Amazon Ads Console / Brand Analytics / Business Reports - Scale Insights – Bid automation & ranking tools - Data Dive / Helium 10 – Keyword research, PPC data, competitor analysis - Google Sheets / Excel / Power BI – Reporting & dashboardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:- 4–7 years of proven Amazon PPC & growth experience (USA market) - Experience managing $500K–$1M+ annual ad budgets - Strong expertise in home furnishings, textiles, or lifestyle products - Deep understanding of A9/A10 algorithm, ranking strategy, keyword indexing - Strong analytical skills; expert in Excel/Google Sheets - Ability to create, optimize, and scale PPC structures across large catalogues
