Job description: As aMicrosoft Dynamics D365 Finance Functional Leadin support activities, you will be expected to perform Thorough analysis of the issues / requests received in the support group. Testing of any fixes that are proposed to the end users Gathering complete business requirements and justification for any change requests. Recommending of solutions for any change requests that are raised. Review FDD and development support for customizations. Month end and Year end close support, to the finance teams. Suggest improvements to the existing business process Train other team members wherever required. Identify automation tools/ideas to streamline repetitive tasks and process wherever possible and keep updated with the new features of MS. Knowledge of Integration and ISV in particular for TAS and Purchase processes is an additional advantage. Able to handle complex Reconciliation of Bank, Vendors, etc. Assist with and Recommend strategies for cost savings and process improvements. Should be able to deal with Senior Management positions from multiple streams. Experience in resource management with effective communication skills and work with different streams while collaborating with different stakeholders. Effectively prioritize team tasks from time to time to help business to run smoothly. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze and identify recurring issues to propose and implement proactive solutions along with other Leads. Should be proactive and should be able to anticipate issues and work proactively to avoid those. Lead Level expectations Lead the Support pulse meetings. Prioritize tickets. Coordinate critical incidents. First point of contact for both Client Service Managers and Users. Coordinate market handovers with Implementation Managers. Monitor the utilization of the team regularly. Career trajectory You should have Excellent understanding of end-to-end business process of Request to order Procure to Pay Order to Cash Fixed Assets Record to Report Excellent understanding of General Accounting Excellent understanding of Finance modules in D365, for configurations and transaction processing General ledger Accounts payable Accounts receivable Fixed assets Inventory accounting Project Accounting Experience in ISV solutions will be added advantage. Should have strong knowledge in Integration areas. Understanding of Security configurations (Preferred but not mandatory) Good understanding of Excel and formulas for data analysis Good knowledge on management reporter is preferred Excellent analytical and communication skills (oral and written) Points to note Willingness to work in Support team Willingness to work in shifts based on business requirements
