The Executive will perform the full top-of-funnel sales process, from prospect identification and initial engagement through to arranging product sampling and post-sample coordination with our field team.Job Description / Core responsibilities:- Existing Client Base Prospecting: Strategically prospect and engage the existing client and target customer list provided in the CRM to identify new opportunities, introduce additional product lines, and re-activate dormant accounts. - Target Identification & Research: Utilize advanced business research tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to conduct in-depth research, identify key corporate prospects, and map decision-makers within the UAE market. - Direct Outreach: Execute highly targeted and high-volume outbound direct calls and professional emails to executive-level contacts and key stakeholders to create genuine interest in our leather goods products and services. - Engagement & Qualification: Conduct effective online meetings to present our value proposition, qualify prospect needs, and secure commitment for product sample submissions. - Sample Coordination: Manage the process of arranging and dispatching sample submissions to the GCC/UAE region, in liaison with overseas sample administration team, ensuring accurate logistics and follow-up. - Pipeline Management & Reporting: Actively monitor prospect engagement post-sample submission, and ensure seamless coordination with the overseas GCC field service team using the CRM system (Zoho One) and internal communication channels. This coordination is essential for converting samples into recurring business. - Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales activity targets (calls, meetings, samples arranged) and contribute directly to pipeline creation and revenue growth.Candidate Profile:We seek intelligent, persistent, and results-driven professionals with a proven track record of success in B2B outbound sales. High accuracy in documentation and coordination is non-negotiable for success in this role, given the crucial link between the India-based inside sales function and the GCC field activities.Qualification & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - B2b sales, account management experience of at least 2 years. - Possess a competitive team spirit with a strong aptitude for follow-through - Exceptional time management - Comfortably executing a high call volume with a professional and friendly phone manner - Able to ask key questions and prospect potential clients and determine if they are qualified to be a true prospect. - Ability to schedule and execute new business presentations online, as a routine, multiple times per week. - Excellent verbal, written, communication and sales skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships and secure new customers - Strong computer skills and ability to multitask. - Professional and friendly disposition with an eagerness to grow.Remuneration & Benefits:- We offer a competitive executive base salary commensurate with experience, plus an uncapped commission structure based on performance and successful conversion rates.
