About the RoleWe are expanding into on-chain liquidity provision and automated market-making acrossmodern DEX ecosystems (e.g., Sui, Move-based chains, EVM-based chains, and v3-styleconcentrated liquidity protocols).This role focuses on building Rust-based trading infrastructure, DEX integrations, LPmanagement tools, and MEV-aware execution services.This is a high-impact engineering role where you will work on real-time systems, blockchaininteraction layers, and automated strategies across multiple chains.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Chain Market Making● Build Rust-based engines for automated liquidity provision, price quoting, andrange management● Implement systems that update LP positions dynamically using volatility signals, pricefeeds, and inventory conditions● Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools)Blockchain Integration● Build and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer:○ transaction construction and signing○ on-chain event streaming○ state queries○ batch transactions and bundling● Implement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recoveryMEV-Aware Execution● Design execution pathways that minimise:○ front-running○ sandwich attacks○ flash-loan driven toxic flowContribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routinglogicResearch & Analytics Support● Develop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain data● Build internal simulators for pool behaviour, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, andvolatility-driven regime changes● Provide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool designRequired Qualifications● Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development● Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management andtransaction life cycles● Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs)● Understanding of AMM models, CLMM (v3-style) mechanics, liquidity ticks, andimpermanent loss● Strong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API design● Comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 toolingPreferred Qualifications● Experience with Sui, Solana, Move, or other modern parallel-execution blockchains● Background in MEV-resistant execution, transaction bundling, or blockspace markets● Experience building market infrastructure (on-chain or off-chain)● Familiarity with or experience in:○ bots interacting with DEXs○ cross-chain swaps○ liquidity aggregation○ bridge protocols● Familiarity with Python/TypeScript for prototypingWhat We Offer● Opportunity to build a full on-chain trading stack from zero● Work with cutting-edge blockchain ecosystems (Sui, Move, CLMM innovations)● High ownership and autonomy over engineering design● Competitive compensation and long-term upside
