Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled professional (Engineer or Diploma holder) for Electrical Harness Integration in our UAV development projects. The role involves working on high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, harness design, and integration activities in line with aviation quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Interpret, prepare, and validate electrical harness drawings. - Integrate harness systems with HV & LV electrical architecture, including Power Distribution Units (PDUs). - Work on battery power systems and understand cooling system requirements, particularly those used in EVs and UAVs. - Support harness routing, proto-building, installation, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration. - Ensure compliance with relevant aviation quality standards during prototyping and integration. - Support documentation, reviews, and testing as per project requirements.Required Qualifications & Skills- Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering. - Solid understanding of HV & LV systems, PDUs, and wiring harnesses. - Familiarity with battery power systems and thermal/cooling management concepts used in EVs. - Ability to interpret and prepare harness drawings. - Knowledge of CREO (or equivalent CAD software) is an added advantage. - Good knowledge of Proto industry practices and hands-on experience in harness integration. - Prior experience in UAV or EV projects preferred. - General understanding of aviation industry quality standards. - Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.Desired Attributes- Exposure to EV technologies will be considered a strong advantage. - Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude. - Ability to work in fast-paced prototyping and R&D environments. - Willingness to learn and contribute beyond defined responsibilities.Location:Road No7, Hi-Tech Defense Aerospace Park, Plot No 28, Hardware Park, KIADB Industrial Area, Mahadeva Kodigehalli, Manchappanahosahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562149LocationBengaluru,IndiaJob TypeFull timeWorkplace TypeOn-SiteMinimum job qualificationBachelor's Degree
