Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance for industrial machinery. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related faults. - Carry out timely repairs to ensure uninterrupted production. - Maintain proper logs of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.2. Preventive Maintenance- Implement and adhere to preventive maintenance checklists and schedules. - Identify wear-out components and initiate replacement proactively. - Monitor machine health and support corrective actions to reduce recurring issues.3. Utilities & Infrastructure Management- Operate and maintain utilities including compressed air systems, cooling systems, electrical panels, and lighting. - Ensure zero interruption in utility supply to the production floor.4. Spare Parts & Documentation- Maintain inventory of critical spares and raise requests for replenishment. - Ensure accurate and systematic record-keeping of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts consumption.5. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement- Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements. - Support internal audits and compliance checks. - Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and other improvement initiatives to optimize machine uptime and performance.6. On-Call Support- Attend emergency breakdowns during shifts or off-hours as required. - Provide timely support to minimize production delays.QualificationsEducation / Technical Skills- Diploma in Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification). - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems. - Hands-on experience with maintenance tools, measuring instruments, and troubleshooting methods. - Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems, documentation, and basic ERP entry (SAP preferred). - Basic proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.Experience- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. - Proven experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and utilities management. - Exposure to automated production machinery preferred.Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Good communication and team collaboration abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns efficiently. - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Attitude- Proactive and self-motivated. - Positive work ethic with a sense of ownership. - Safety-focused, disciplined, and reliable.
