Role Overview The Dispatch Executive will ensuretimely and accurate dispatchof Finished Goods (FG) across sales channels, maintain anorganized dispatch area , and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth operations.Key Responsibilities Ensureon-time dispatchof FG orders for GT, MT & Institutional channels. Checkorder accuracy– SKUs, quantities & labelling before dispatch. Maintain aclean and systematic dispatch zone . Prepare and handoverdispatch documents(invoice, packing list, etc.). Coordinate with logistics partners and resolve dispatch/delay issues.Key Performance Indicators 100% dispatch within24 hoursof request. ≤0.5%error rate in dispatched orders. 100% fill rate(no partial dispatch unless approved). 95%+score in dispatch area housekeeping.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree / experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Familiarity withWMS / warehouse tools(preferred). Strong attention to detail & organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skillsExperience:upto 4 years of experience
