The CFO will oversee financial planning, implement strong cost and revenue control measures, strategize on financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and prepare comprehensive financial statements. The role includes analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with top management to guide business decisions. The CFO will help the Hotel establish strong finance health, by setting benchmark standards on all cost measures, as well as be able to establish strong revenue control measures, The CFO will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee company budgets and audits.Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge in Financial Planning and Finance management - Proven expertise in cost control and revenue control measures in the Hotel Industry - Proven expertise in Financial Statements preparation and Financial Reporting - Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and act on financial data - Leadership and team management abilities, with excellent decision-making skills - Strong knowledge of compliance, auditing practices, and financial regulatory environments - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related area; advanced degree (MBA/CPA/CA) is preferred - Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the hospitality industry
