A natural storyteller, with hands-on experience across digital, social, and lead-generation channels, backed by sharp analytical instincts.What You’ll Do Content & Communication ● Lead the content calendar for conferences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning. ● Write and oversee content across web, emails, brochures, social, scripts, and more. ● Build narratives with internal experts and customize content for audience segments.Digital & Lead Generation ● Run high-ROI performance campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc. ● Own the lead-generation funnel, driving conversion and cost efficiency. ● Optimize landing pages, ads, and strategy using analytics and insights.Email & CRM ● Design and execute segmented, automated, and high-engagement email campaigns. ● Leverage CRM tools to nurture and convert leads; track performance dashboards.Social Media & Engagement ● Amplify conference presence through strategic storytelling on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. ● Collaborate on asset creation: reels, speaker cutdowns, teasers, promos, etc.Creative & Collaterals ● Work with designers to develop brochures, pitch decks, guides, videos, and event branding. ● Maintain consistency with brand tone and conference messaging.Analytics & Insights ● Track performance metrics: CPL, CTR, conversions, reach, ROI. ● Share performance reports and recommend optimizations regularly.What You Bring ● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field. ● 4–6 years of experience in content-led digital marketing (events/media preferred). ● Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills. ● Expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools. ● Familiarity with Canva/Adobe Suite (bonus). ● Strong analytics mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Insights. ● Organized multitasker with a collaborative spirit and ownership mindset.Why Join Us?
