Content Writer cum Social Media ExpertRole OverviewThis role develops written communication for all IEC materials and manages digital platforms to ensure sustained, accurate, and effective outreach under SBM Urban 2.0.Key Responsibilities- Write scripts, taglines, messages, and campaign content tailored to various formats including print, AV, outdoor, and digital. - Develop content for press releases, brochures, handouts, event reports, banners, posters, and hoardings. - Produce documentation content including success stories, beneficiary narratives, case studies, training material, and field activity summaries. - Manage all social media platforms, ensuring planned posting, optimization, and audience engagement. - Coordinate with designers to ensure message consistency and clear visual translation. - Support Program Manager and IEC Coordinator by providing content for activities, events, workshops, and capacity building exercises. - Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of messaging with behavioural objectives.Required Skills and Competencies- Strong command over English and relevant regional languages. - Ability to write across formats: creative, informational, narrative, technical. - Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content optimisation.Education & Qualifications:Graduate with 8 years’ experience in content creation and social media management
