Position: IELTS TrainerLocation: Delhi-Rajouri GardenJob Overview:We are looking for an English Language Trainer to plan, prepare and deliver language sessions to students to improve their English language skills and to assess students work pointing out the areas of weakness and to work on improving them. Excellent communication skills are essential. You are required to understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends. Use various skills of teaching to engage students to achieve expected results.Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality IELTS/ PTE/ TOEFL instruction to students, focusing on all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. - Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' proficiency levels. - Conduct regular mock tests and assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement. - Provide individualized feedback and coaching to help students achieve their target IELTS scores. - Organize and lead workshops on test-taking strategies, helping students develop effective test strategies and time management skills. - Stay updated on the latest test format and scoring criteria to ensure students receive accurate and relevant guidance. - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.Requirements & Skills- Great Communication Skills - strive to keep an engaging classroom to keep the classes interactive. - Problem-solving - should be able to identify students' weaknesses and suggest the right approaches to improve their band scores. - Empathetic – having students from varying English language levels and age groups, so you should be able to tailor your classes to suit them. - Good command of English and has scored high bands in IELTS.
