With a turnover of €280 million and a team of 2,300 employees, LHF is the ultimate destination for all interior textile needs.Our Indian hub Global Textile Alliance India (GTA India) has its own manufacturing plant producing both upholstery and mattress fabrics.Your Mission: you will join the management team of the company and lead one of the two sales division by devising and executing the business plan to achieve the company’s target. This is a key position in the company for highly skilled sales and management individual with a proactive and customer-focused mind. We will hire someone eager to travel, who will drive business growth and make an impact.Role DescriptionImproves the Sales of Fabrics based on the budget / target given. with 2 -3 years of experienceInteract with Customers to ensure quality of product is reached in time.Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Vice President-SalesManages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streamsDevelops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s productsProven work experience as a SalesProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsLanguage –Fluency in English and Hindi
