HR Contact - deepak.raut.external@Job Description – CCR Operator (Kiln & Raw Mill)Employment Type: TKIL Contractual (FTC)Key Responsibilities- Operate Kiln, Raw Mill, and related equipment from the Central Control Room (CCR). - Monitor plant parameters, make necessary adjustments to maintain stable operations. - Ensure efficient operation of Pyro section, including preheater, kiln, cooler, and related auxiliaries. - Maintain Raw Mill operations within defined process and quality standards. - Coordinate with field operators for smooth and safe running of equipment. - Respond promptly to operational upsets; troubleshoot and optimize process conditions. - Record plant data, prepare daily operational reports, and communicate deviations. - Ensure adherence to safety, environment, and quality protocols. - Assist in shutdown/start-up activities and maintain process discipline.Qualifications- Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related discipline). - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a CCR Operator in a cement plant. - Technical Skills: - Practical knowledge of Kiln, Raw Mill, and Pyro-processing circuits. - Familiarity with process parameters, control logic, and DCS operations. - Ability to identify abnormalities and respond effectively.
