This includes responsibility for:Client satisfaction & executive relationship management Delivery excellence across data, analytics & platform workflows Revenue realization & renewal governance Account expansion & strategic value delivery Building a world-class client engagement team and operating modelThis role is ideal for leaders from analytics consulting, SaaS/DaaS platforms, enterprise delivery, customer success, or data-driven client engagement teams.What You Will Own1. Client Experience & SatisfactionOwn NPS, executive sentiment, and overall client experience across all accounts. Build robust communication frameworks and escalation mechanisms. Risk identification and structured problem-solving across engagements.2. Revenue RealizationOwn consistent revenue realization across the portfolio. Manage and monitor leakage, delays, and risk signals.3. Renewals & Account RetentionOwn company-wide retention targets. Build churn-prediction frameworks, renewal governance, and executive sponsor motions. Set strong cadences for QBRs, value articulation, and client storytelling.4. Account Growth & Strategic ExpansionBuild the expansion plans Drive portfolio-level 60% YoY account growth through consultative, value-led selling. Ensure the engagement team consistently maintains strong expansion pipelines.5. Leadership, Culture & Team BuildingHire, coach, and grow a high-performing Client Engagements team. Instill a culture of discipline, accountability, and predictable execution.We are looking for someone with:10+ years in Client Engagements, Delivery, Analytics Consulting, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account Management. Experience managing data-led, technical, or product-driven client engagements. Leadership experience building teams and scaling functions (3+ years). Strong problem-solving, analytical capability, and consultative communication.
