TCS is hiring for Survey Programmer role.Shift- Rotational 24/7Location- GujaratIndustry- RetailQualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.Job description-- Strong, proven programming experience in Dimensions/Unicom, Decipher, or Confirmit/Forsta (minimum one platforms at expert level and working proficiency of any other). - Hands-on with complex logic (nested conditions, quotas, randomization, monadic/rotations, least filled logics) and multilingual surveys. - Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery for survey UI customization and validations. - Comfort with SPSS, Excel, and CSV data outputs; basic understanding of data and variable & checking of data against the questionnaire. - Experience with quality controls (along with digital fingerprinting, fraud checks, respondent de-duplication). - Familiarity with API/webhook integrations and/or sample management workflows. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
