Job Summary:The Head of Admissions is responsible for developing and executing a robust admissions strategy to ensure annual enrollment targets are met. This role involves overseeing the admissions team, managing lead generation and conversion processes, coordinating outreach activities, and maintaining excellent communication with prospective students and their families.Key Responsibilities:- Handle student enquiries (online/offline/phone/walk-ins) and update ERP records. - Coordinate with tele-callers/counselors for follow-ups and conversions. - Provide course information and assist students/parents during the admission process. - Address queries related to eligibility, fees, and required documents. - Collect, verify, and maintain student documents as per guidelines. - Ensure compliance with university/AICTE admission norms. - Prepare daily/weekly enquiry and admission reports. - Track enquiry sources and follow up with potential candidates. - Coordinate with accounts on fee payment status. - Support admission campaigns, events, and open houses. - Communicate with external agencies when required.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA or PG in Marketing / Administration preferred - 3–5 years of relevant experience in college admissions, preferably in engineering institutions - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or CRM systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Kannada, and HindiDesired Skills:- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Polite and professional approach while dealing with students and parents - Target-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
