Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage our financial operations, drive strategic insights, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and statutory compliance, coupled with the ability to lead financial processes that enhance business growth and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting:- Oversee and manage the entire accounting function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and reconciliations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.Financial Policies & Internal Controls:- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Ensure adherence to company financial policies and statutory requirements.Audit & Compliance:- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filing, preparing and filing returns, and managing tax audits.Budgeting & Financial Analysis:- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency. - Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.Payroll & Statutory Compliance:- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements.Business Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive financial performance. - Handle daily activities like updating customer subscriptions and managing plan changes.Financial Reporting & Analysis:- Lead financial reporting and analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
