The Sales Head will lead and oversee wealth and investment sales operations, ensuring the team achieves the assigned sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building strong relationships with clients, and mentoring the sales team to maximize performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality customer service will also be key aspects of this role.Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, client needs, and financial data for informed decision-making. - Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships effectively. - Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. - Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams toward achieving organizational goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of wealth and investment products and services. - Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or a related field are preferred.
