Brillio is looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take projects from concept to delivery — balancing user needs, business goals, and brand expression.If you love designing end-to-end experiences, enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, and are excited about how AI is reshaping product design, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Do- Lead UX, interaction, and visual design work across product initiatives - Translate research and insights into flows, wireframes, and polished UI - Contribute to and evolve scalable design systems - Design and prototype AI-enhanced experiences - Create interactive prototypes and support usability testing - Present designs to clients and internal teams with clear storytelling - Collaborate with engineers, PMs, researchers, and other designers - Continuously iterate, seek feedback, and elevate design quality - Mentor junior designers and support design pitches for new business️ Your Core Skills- Expert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, generative tools like Figma Make) - Strong in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) with familiarity in Firefly - Solid foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability - Experience designing for AI-driven experiences - Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and IA - Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly - Strong visual craft, storytelling, and communication - Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with dev teamsSoft Skills & Ways of Working- Strong client communication and relationship-building - Business awareness and problem-solving mindset - Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and adaptability - Effective time management and cross-functional collaboration - Ability to guide juniors and contribute to studio cultureExperience & Qualifications- 4–6 years of experience designing digital products - Degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or an exceptional portfolio - A strong, curated online portfolio is mandatoryInterested?
