Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.Reporting to – Sr. Project ManagerRoles and responsibilities:Project and Delivery Excellence:- Responsible for adhering to an appropriate and effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. - Support in defining and implementing criteria for control and management of the project. - Manage the design and site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities - Prepare formal documentation on project progress for the client and 2gethr. - Project Planning & Coordination- The aim is to establish a clear roadmap that outlines what needs to be done, how it will be done, who will do it, and when it will be completed - Quality Assurance- Establishing Requirements, documentation, involved in quality audits, RCA analysis. - Reporting & Documentation- Regular reporting and documentation of projects. - Build predictability, speed, and precision into every stage of project execution.Planning, Scheduling & Operational Excellence:- Maintain detailed execution plans and resource schedules in collaboration with design, procurement, and site teams. - Prepare project schedules ensuring logical sequencing, accurate dependencies and realistic timelines. - Ensure strong coordination between design, procurement, site, and finance teams for seamless delivery. - Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Zoho projects & Sprints) for schedule creation, tracking, and reporting. - Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. - Continuously refine planning and monitoring frameworks to ensure a proactive, data-driven, and execution-focused rhythm.Vendor, Client & Stakeholder Management:- Responsible for supporting in coordination with vendors through the completion of the project. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and other project partners to ensure alignment and smooth coordination. - Manage vendor performance and contracts, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to safety and operational standards. - Ensure transparent and consistent communication across all stakeholders to eliminate misalignment or duplication of effort.Qualifications & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial real estate or allied industries. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Must have knowledge on C&I and MEP - Degree in project management/ construction management.What We Expect:- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and client satisfaction. - Work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes. - Proven track record working in a high growth, fast-paced environment. - Ability to go above and beyond to meet deadlines.Why 2gethr:At 2gethr, we are doers.
