Role SummaryWe are looking for a qualified CMA who has completed the mandatory industrial training.The role supports product costing, BoM validation, overhead allocation, cost audits, andaccurate inventory valuation in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).Key ResponsibilitiesA. Product Costing & Analysis• Validate and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) for all products.• Assist in maintenance of BOM-based consumption and costing workflows in BC.• Support computation of standard costs and actual vs standard variances.• Analyse product-wise margins and prepare cost sheets.B. Overhead Allocation• Support Finance Controller/CFO in developing and validating cost allocation bases.• Work with manufacturing teams to capture accurate cost drivers and consumptiondata.C. Inventory Valuation• Assist in monthly and year-end inventory valuation as per Ind AS 2.• Reconcile RM, WIP, and FG inventory with production and finance teams.D. Data Management & Systems• Work with IT/ERP teams to maintain costing data in Microsoft Dynamics BC.• Prepare periodic costing dashboards and MIS reports.E. Cross-Functional Coordination• Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for costing inputs.• Support internal audit, statutory audit, and cost audit requirements.Required Qualifications & Skills• CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) – Qualified.• Completed mandatory industrial training in manufacturing or similar.• Understanding of cost accounting, BoM, overhead allocation, inventory valuation.• Working knowledge of ERPs (preferably Microsoft Dynamics BC).• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.• Good communication and documentation skills.Experience0–2 years post-qualification experience preferred (including industrial trainingexperience).
