The role requires strong analytical abilities, proven SEO expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities: Translate SEO project plans into clear, actionable daily tasks for the team. Lead hands-on SEO campaign execution, optimization, and share timely updates with Project Managers and clients. Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Proactively identify and flag risks or issues during execution for quick resolution. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, processes, and quality standards across all SEO activities. Mentor and guide SEO Executives on daily deliverables, quality checks, and best practices. Provide structured briefs to Executives, clearly outlining tasks, priorities, and timelines. Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing innovations.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Excellentverbal and written communication skillswith the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
