We have partnered with leading brands such as Duroflex, Centuary, Eaton Power, Coca-Cola, Herbalife, John Distilleries, Fractal, Tata Power, Black Pepper Technologies, O9 Solutions, and many more.Specialties: AgriTech, channel loyalty, consumer loyalty, e-learning, employee engagement, sales incentives, data analytics, event marketing, product launches, promotions, and branded merchandise.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. - Oversee employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation. - Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication. - Maintain HRMS data accuracy and prepare HR reports/MIS. - Conduct and manage the full performance management cycle. - Lead L&D activities including training need identification and execution. - Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution. - Ensure compliance, audits, and policy implementation. - Manage exit processes, exit interviews and full & final settlements. - Support manpower planning and HR strategy discussions with leadership. - Initiate process improvements to strengthen HR operations.Requirements- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.What We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with leadership - Fast-growing, dynamic work environment - Ownership, visibility, and growth opportunitiesInterested candidates can email their resumes to helma.mathew@Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
