Composite TechnicianRequired years of Experience: (3+ to 6) years of experienceEducational qualification: DiplomaJob Location: Electronic city, BangaloreRequirements:- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work orders, and technical instructions. - 3+ years of experience in composite fabrication or related field. - Composite Manufacturing or equivalent certification or training in cable and Airframe manufacturing. - Experience with aircraft or defence platform Composite and Mechanical integration - Familiarity with composite materials, techniques, and tooling. - Ability to read and interpret Drawings and technical documents. - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.Other particulars:- Strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. - Effective communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams. - Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment - Working hours may include overtime, weekends and holidays or shift work depending on project needs. - May involve occasional travel to customer trails, Demo and test ON-sites.
