In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) techniques and AI frameworks to address complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and drive innovation, with a focus on implementing and optimizing modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.What You’ll Do Build and maintain high-performance AI microservices using Python and FastAPI. Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for production-scale use cases. Integrate AI features using Google Generative AI SDK and OpenAI SDK. Work with vector databases to enable semantic search, embeddings retrieval, and real-time AI workflows. Design and manage scalable data pipelines leveraging MongoDB for storing, indexing, and querying AI-related data. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with strong focus on performance, latency, and reliability. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features. Participate in design and code reviews to uphold a high-quality engineering culture.What We’re Looking For Strong proficiency in Python and backend development. Hands-on experience with FastAPI/Flask for building scalable APIs. Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval pipelines. Experience integrating with Google Gen AI SDK and OpenAI SDK. Fundamental understanding of how Transformers, CNNs, KNN, and other ML algorithms work Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, QDrant. Experience with MongoDB for structured/unstructured data handling. Knowledge of AI evaluation, hallucination control, and prompt optimization.
