Key Responsibilities1. SSP Integration & OnboardingIntegrate and configure SSPs (e.g., PubMatic, OpenX, Xandr, Magnite, Yahoo SSP).Manage technical onboarding of publisher inventory on SSP.Ensure correct placement setup: ad units, sizes, floor pricing, demand tags, and wrappers.Work with tech teams to implement header bidding (prebid, open bidding).2. Programmatic OperationsManage daily SSP operations such as bid requests, response analysis, latency, and discrepancies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery, viewability, fill rate, and CPM drops.Optimize ad stack to maximize yield and maintain quality demand.3. Supply ManagementWork closely with publishers to onboard new supply partners for MediaKart.Maintain inventory hygiene: brand safety, invalid traffic (IVT), ad quality, and policy compliance.Monitor SSP performance geowise, ad-unit wise & partner wise.4. Yield OptimizationCreate and execute strategies to improve eCPM, fill rate, and overall monetization.Adjust dynamic floors, timeout settings, refresh logic, and traffic allocation.Suggest ad formats (interstitial, rewarded, native, banner, CTV) based on performance.5. Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily/weekly reports on revenue, impressions, eCPM, fill rate, and partner performance.Identify anomalies in data and take action proactively.Work with BI & product team to automate dashboards.RequirementsTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with SSPs, exchanges, and programmatic supply setups.Understanding of ad serving, bid requests (OpenRTB), and VAST/VPAID.Familiarity with GAM, Prebid, Open Bidding, S2S integrations.Solid knowledge of ad quality tools (IAS, MOAT, DV).Soft SkillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work with both publishers and internal teams.Clear communication and documentation ability.Bonus SkillsExperience with CTV/OTT supply.Experience in building ad monetization strategies for publishers.Knowledge of fraud detection tools like TrafficGuard, Pixalate, and Fraudlogix.
