You will drive architectural decisions without needing a massive hierarchy beneath you.Desired Candidate Profile- 6+ years of technical development experience, including in a Lead or Senior Developer role with progressively increasing levels of scope. - Extensive past experience and knowledge of Ruby on Rails. - Experience with Javascript & Javascript-based frameworks (specifically React). - Willingness to work in an AI-assisted development environment. You should be open to using modern tools to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment. - Comfortable working in a compact, high-performance team. You should be self-driven and capable of managing complex architectures without requiring a large support team. - Ability to contribute towards the architectural design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise eCommerce applications (cloud-based and dedicated). - Strong analytical skills with a product-first mindset.
