We areinvolved in the projects from start to finish and have a wide range of contacts acrossthe organization in our daily workWe are looking for new Sales Engineers in India.Key areas of responsibility:➢ Present, promote and sell the entire range of products and services using solidarguments to existing and especially prospective customers in a dedicatedgeographic area➢ Develop the market for fan as well as any newly launched product.➢ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers tomeet their technical and commercial needs➢ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsalso by keeping the CRM system constantly updated➢ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling➢ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximizesatisfaction➢ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule➢ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments➢ Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports➢ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.➢ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends➢ Continuously improve through feedbackProfessional Qualifications:➢ Proven work experience as a Sales Representative if possible in the fan, HVAC & Rindustry or in another component sales position for the OEM industry➢ Excellent knowledge of MS Office➢ Familiarity with ERP and CRM practices along with ability to build productive businessprofessional relationships➢ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales➢ Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills➢ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills➢ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs➢ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback➢ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field➢ Willing to travelPersonal qualifications:➢ This role fits to a person who is inspirational, manipulative and has the drive to achieve.➢ The job is likely to require that tangible, measurable results are to be obtained despiteopposition or resistance to their accomplishment.
