Roles and Responsibilities- Call inbound and outbound leads to understand their business details. - Qualify leads based on criteria like business type, turnover, GST, etc. - Use a lead scoring sheet provided by the sales team. - Update lead status and notes in CRM or Google Sheets. - Tag leads as hot, disqualified, or nurture based on outcomes. - Schedule product demos or RM calls for qualified leads. - Coordinate closely with the Sales/BD team for smooth handovers. - Follow up with unresponsive leads via email or WhatsApp. - Give a high-level pitch of products like current accounts, credit lines, payouts, etc. - Answer basic queries using a pre-approved FAQ guide. - Share daily/weekly reports on - Calls made, Leads qualified, Leads handed over, Drop-off reasons.Skills and Qualifications- 0–1 year of experience in sales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support - Internship experience in BFSI/startups is a bonus - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets - Good communication skills (spoken and written) - Ability to follow standard processes and keep things organized - Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentPlease Note - We are looking for freshers / 1 year of experience in pre sales and calling.
