Brand Manager – AND SpacesLocation: HyderabadType: Full-time, On-siteRole OverviewThe Brand Manager will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. This is an independent role requiring strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution skills, and being able to amplify and position AND Spaces as a distinctive, aspirational real estate brand.AND Spaces, a real estate startup, is in the process of setting up systems, processes, and best practices - you will lead these efforts for the brand, establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth and recognition.Responsibilities: -*Brand Strategy & Positioning*"-" Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance AND Spaces’ identity, market presence, and brand recall."-" Ensure alignment of all brand communications with the company’s vision, values, and positioning.Brand Consistency & Design Management"-" Maintain brand consistency across all consumer interaction points including marketing collaterals, project sites, events, and digital channels."-" Collaborate with design agencies and vendors to create high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets."-" Oversee content creation and ensure brand storytelling is compelling, differentiated, and consistent along with external agencies.Research & Insights"-" Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth."-" Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.“-“Social media, manage & lead social media, and LinkedIn present in line with brand ethos" Key Skills & Competencies "- Strong understanding of branding/positioning, communications, and design principles. - Ability to work independently, with end-to-end ownership of brand-related initiatives. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills. - Knowledge in digital marketing, media planning, and performance analytics. - Strong vendor and budget management skills. - In sighting*Qualifications & Experience*"-" Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field."-" 5 - 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors."-" Proven track record of building and sustaining brand identity across diverse channels.
