We are proud to be featured in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2025- Delhi NCR Edition for our innovation and rapid growth.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Operations and Maintenance Engineer to ensure maximum uptime of our production lines while continuously improving efficiency. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves both fixing machines and optimizing processes.Key Responsibilities- Execute planned preventive maintenance and respond to unplanned breakdowns to minimize downtime - Install, commission, and set up new production machinery and equipment - Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions - Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) - Apply Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC) to reduce waste, defects, and variation - Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to optimize workflows - Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Train operators on basic troubleshooting and proper machine operationRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems - Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plusRequired Skills & Certifications- Lean Manufacturing experience (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, 5S) - Six Sigma – Basic Knowledge - Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals - Proficient with maintenance software/CMMS - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Experience with Autodesk Fusion will be a plus - Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD will be a plusWhat We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to make a direct impact on production efficiency - Ongoing training and career growth in a dynamic manufacturing environmentWork Location: Sector 18, GurgaonWebsite: Instagram:
