The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong experience in talent acquisition, performance management systems (PMS), employee life cycle management, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-driven, process-oriented, and capable of partnering with business leaders.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments. - Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and market mapping. - Manage coordination with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs. - Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and selection processes. - Drive employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience. - Manage recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and cost per hire. - Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.2. Performance Management System (PMS)- Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles. - Work closely with department heads to define KRAs, KPIs, and goal alignment. - Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to management. - Implement training interventions based on performance evaluations. - Ensure PMS policy compliance and handle employee grievances related to performance. - Continuously improve PMS frameworks to enhance efficiency and fairness.3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement- Support HR policies, SOPs, and compliance. - Conduct engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and culture development activities. - Manage employee lifecycle documentation and HRIS-related tasks. - Handle disciplinary, conduct, and performance cases in coordination with management.4. Strategic HR Initiatives- Contribute to talent planning, succession planning, and workforce development. - Partner with leadership for organization design and restructuring needs. - Provide HR analytics, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
