Job Title: Tourism Business ManagerSalary: 35k per month + commissions (15-20k per month)Reporting To: CEOCompany: SJ Studios, saki naka, Khairani Rd, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, hotel concierges, tour operators, and other tourism partners. - Oversee and coordinate daily tour operations, including scheduling, logistics, and guest experiences. - Manage partnerships with external vendors and transport agents to ensure seamless operations. - Drive marketing efforts to promote SJ Studios’ tourism offerings through B2B and B2C channels. - Create and implement strategies to increase visitor footfall and enhance customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism opportunities to identify new business avenues.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management. - Strong network of travel industry contacts (agents, hotels, transport partners, etc.). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Proven experience in marketing and partnership development. - Ability to multitask, manage operations, and lead with a customer-first mindset.Join SJ Studios and help us craft unforgettable tourism experiences in Mumbai and beyond!
