Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and time management skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about numbers, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries with meticulous accuracy. Demonstrate expertise in TDS and GST, including return filing and reconciliation. Collaborate effectively with our Chartered Accountant for seamless tax filing. Utilize Tally ERP and Excel proficiency to maintain financial records. Coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries and address any escalations related to payments. Handle all documentation and filing for inward/outward bill of entries, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, finance, taxation, and banking regulations. Prepare expense reports, maintain meticulous recordkeeping, and perform account reconciliations. Assist with payroll processing and manage petty cash effectively. Process bill payments and perform occasional errands such as bank deposits. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.Skills and Attributes: Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Thoroughness, accuracy, and integrity in all financial matters. Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.What We Offer: We offer a salary ranging from ₹12,000- ₹15,000 per month, with the potential for higher compensation based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
